This challenge requires hard work and dedication for 5 days but the result you will get will be awesome. Maintaining a healthy body is now not a big deal and not so difficult to achieve. Due to our 5 days, arm fat loses challenge your arms will again look like a young boy or girl’s arm. You just have to follow our instructions below step by step and you will soon see the results.

5 Days Challenge to Lose Arm Fat

Equipment Required:

A set of dumbbells (10lbs), a chair, timer watch or any mobile app (a recommended app is Gymboss)

What to do:

You have to perform the instructions or exercises for 10 minutes a day according to the details below. You have to do each round 2 times means on Monday you have to do the exercises listed below for 2 times and then Tuesday exercises 2 times and so on.

Day 1 (Monday):

  • 20 Arm Circles
  • 20 Arm Raises
  • 20 Single Chest Press Pulses

Day 2 (Tuesday):

  • 22 Arm Circles
  • 22 Arm Raises
  • 22 Single Chest Press Pulses
  • 20 Half Cobra Push Ups

Day 3 (Wednesday):

  • 27 Arm Circles
  • 27 Arm Raises
  • 27 Single Chest Press Pulses
  • 27 Half Cobra Push Ups
  • 10 Ups Ups Downs Downs

Day 4 (Thursday):

  • 30 Arm Circles
  • 30 Arm Raises
  • 30 Single Chest Press Pulses
  • 30  Half Cobra Push Ups
  • 25 Ups Ups Downs Downs

Day 5 (Friday):

  • 40 Arm Circles
  • 40 Arm Raises
  • 40 Single Chest Press Pulses
  • 40 Half Cobra Push Ups
  • 40 Ups Ups Downs Downs
